Sheryl Reid

I am Sheryl Andrea Reid, Assistant Professor and Coordinator of History in the Department of Humanities at Northern Caribbean University, Mandeville. I have been an educator for over two decades. I hold a B.A. in History and Social Sciences from UWI, Mona since 1987 and was the recipient of 1987 Departmental Prize for Excellence in History; an award given to the student who attained the highest scores in History in any given year. 

Curtis Wallace

Curtis Wallace is a teacher of Caribbean History and a graduate student in the Department of History and Archaeology. He obtained the Master of Arts in history (Distinction) from the UWI in 2012, and is currently pursuing studies for the MPhil/PhD. Curtis is interested in the history of crime and punishment in Jamaica and has completed papers examining the nature and perceptions of Jamaican law enforcement in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

Awarded to the student with the best results in Caribbean Economic History. This competition covers all three campuses.
