Translation and Interpretation Service

• Types of documents we translate:  Standard documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, transcripts, diplomas, letters, etc.
• Languages we translate:  CHINESE, FRENCH, JAPANESE, PORTUGUESE, AND SPANISH.
• Rates for each type of document:  SUBJECT TO TYPE OF DOCUMENT:  Standard Charges/for General documents and Higher Charges/ for Legal & Scientific Documents.
• Rates for interpreting at events:  SUBJEC TO DETAILS OF EVENT (Duration and language, etc.,)
• Turnaround time for translations:  FOUR TO FIVE WORKING DAYS. 
• Standard/Express rates/times:  ANY TRANSLATION TREATED AS EMEMRGENCY/EXPRESS attracts additional charge of US$5.00 per page.
• Quality assurance statement (certified, experienced staff, confidentiality, etc.):  AFFIXED to Translated Document/Department's Stamp, Signature of Translator and HOD.
• Terms and conditions, etc.:    SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENT TO DEPT FOR ASSESSMENT AND PAYMENT IN FULL PRIOR TRANSLATION.
