Application Process

Step 1 – Obtaining Application Forms

Collect application form at the following locations:

• The UWI School of Nursing Website (www.mona.uwi.edu/nursing)
• The Admissions Office, UWI, Mona or online at www.mona.uwi.edu/admissions

Step 2 – Payment of Application Form

Pay for application form at the following location:

• National Commercial Bank – Jamaica
  (Bank drafts are used in the other territories)

Step 3 – Completing Application Form

Complete application form and enclose:

• Current nursing license
• Three passport-size photographs
• Application form payment receipt
• All original certificates along with photocopies

(CXC, GCE, Nursing, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate)

Step 4 – Processing of Application

The UWI will process applications and send you:

• An offer of entry
  Financial information and registration guidelines booklet

Step 4 – Payment of tuition fees (in accordance with UWI guidelines)

• Tuition fees - US$5,750.00 for the entire programme

Online Registration

• Go online to UWI website
• Identify and register for course(s) to be pursued during the semester
