One of the key elements to meeting the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda, is education and training. Technical vocational education and training (TVET), being pivotal and noted as a transforming function for economic growth in many countries, has gained much focus, while concomitantly perceived by others as a second-choice opportunity.
