SKU: CJE-008

The text, Teaching Caribbean poetry is the direct outcome of a course by the same name developed by lecturers in English and Education at the University of Cambridge's Faculty of Education and the University of the West Indies (UWI). Teaching Caribbean poetry is part of a bigger initiative known as the Caribbean Poetry Project (CPP) which endeavours to promote and enhance the teaching of Caribbean poetry in schools in the Caribbean and the UK. The editors cite the young in schools as their ultimate audience, and the teachers by default.
