The Budget is reviewed by the Principal, Vice Chancellor etc. |

The Budget goes to the Technical Advisory Ctte. which is made up of representatives from the contributing countries, for approval. |

The Campus Grants Cttee. then receives the Budget for approval. |

The University Grants Committe (UGC) gives final approval. |
