Criteria: 
The award is available to Jamaica Nationals or students of Jamaican parentage who:

1. are registered at the UWI and will be entering their final year of study
2. have high academic performance in the last academic year's University examinations (at least a GPA of 3.3);
3. demonstrable leadership potential;
4. have significant participation in co-curricular activities (e.g. sports, music and/or the arts).

Tenure: 1 year
