Criteria: 
Full time matriculated student:

• From a “single parent” household
• Rank: 2nd year or higher ranked student, preferably a graduate of Excelsior High School.
• GPA Criteria (≥ 3.0)

Additional Information: 
The application package must include:

• An essay outlining the applicant’s educational and professional goals.
• Three (3) current letters of recommendation (one character and the other academic).
• A certified university transcript that indicates the student is in good standing.
• Certified copy of birth certificate.
• Picture (Head shot) of applicant.
