The Office of Online Learning (OOL) at the University of the West Indies invites you to the Digital Pedagogies for Sustainable Development Conference.  This free, online event is being held on May 25-26, 2023.

This conference will enable you to learn new knowledge and skills in online teaching and learning as you explore topics in practical workshop sessions.  Our aim is to help you to develop solutions to problems in online learning to make your institutions more sustainable, effective, and efficient in executing your mission.   Day 1 will explore Online Teaching and Learning at the classroom level and Day 2 will focus on Institutional Strategies for Online Education. 

There are two ways in which you can participate:

2. Volunteer to facilitate a session

We are also inviting you to participate by facilitating one of the sessions and using your knowledge to help others.

Workshop facilitators will lead participants in activities and discussions to address solutions to problems in digital pedagogies at either the institutional level or the classroom level. Workshop sessions will be 60mins in duration and should be interactive and engaging. Please note that this is not a paper presentation. If you have a topic that you believe fits with these goals, we invite you to submit a presentation proposal. The deadline to apply to the Call is April 28th 2023 at 9am EST   

 You will be notified of the status of your proposal no later than May 8, 2023. Please see possible topics below but feel free to offer other areas that align with the themes.
