Synopsis: 
Advances in the knowledge of psoriasis and comorbidities have discovered common physiopathologic mechanisms which may provide biological plausibility of associations and explain why such disorders are more frequently seen in these patients. A PubMed and Embase searches were performed for comorbidities psoriasis, limits January 1990 to December 2012.
