Given the importance of graduation to you and your loved ones, the Campus will allow each graduate attending the ceremony to be accompanied by a maximum of three (3) guests.  The invitations will be availble for collection during the One Stop Centre period as follows:

• The UWI Mona Western Jamaica Campus on October 19 and 20, 2024, 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m
• The UWI Mona Campus (Confucius Institute) from October 22, 2024 to October 28, 2024 (excluding Sunday, October 27), 9:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m.

Please ensure you bring a valid government-issued identification (driver’s license, passport, or national ID) when collecting your certificate.

Certificates will be issued to graduates with no outstanding financial obligations to the University. However, those with financial obligations must settle these before receiving their certificates. Graduates with outstanding balances are advised to contact SASS, Bursary, for assistance. Once resolved, certificates will be issued by the Examinations Section.

If you are unable to collect your certificate in person, a third party may collect it on your behalf. For this, please provide:

• A printed letter of authorization,
• A printed copy of your valid government-issued identification,
• A valid government-issued identification for the third party collecting on your behalf (driver’s license, passport, or national ID).
