The Postgraduate Learning Commons ( PGLC) at the Science Branch Library offers facilities and services to enable postgraduates from all faculties to work in a student-friendly environment. The PGLC is located on the top floor and will be accessible via swipe cards.
Facilities and Services Offered
• Computer lab (20 computers with a wide range of software).
• Wireless connectivity throughout.
• Photocopier, scanner and printer.
• Conference room (seating capacity approx. 35).
• 4 Group seminar rooms, each with a white board.
• Comfortable lounge seating.
• Laptops and headphones on loan for use in the PGLC.
• Training sessions (e.g. searching databases, using EndNote).
• Reference services (virtual and face-to-face).

Mondays -Fridays 8:30 am-6:00 am
Saturdays 8:30 am-12:00 midnight
Sundays 12:00 noon-8:00 pm
