Accessing PeopleSoft

PeopleSoft can be accessed through 2 main avenues:

Users may log into PeopleSoft using their employee identification number (ID) and UWI_MONA domain password. Due to the confidential nature of the Human Resource data, selected information may be restricted based on one's role. Access is given to employees according to their position or role. Each user is responsible for securing the confidentiality of his or her password. If users are having difficulty, they may contact the MITS Helpdesk.

Generally, PeopleSoft is accessible through the internet 24 hours a day 7 days per week. This is exclusive of system maintenance downtime which may cause the system to be periodically inaccessible by users.

Internet Explorer is the preferred browser for using PeopleSoft. However, there are other browsers which may be used as listed below.

There are a number of sources from which one can get help for PeopleSoft:

  2. Many customizations have corresponding manuals which are stored on our PeopleSoft Intranet.
  3. Help from subject matter experts who have been trained in various areas of specialization of PeopleSoft e.g. Absence Management specialist and technical team.

Oracle PeopleSoft Request for Service

Users requesting developments in PeopleSoft are required to complete and submit a Service Request Form to the PeopleSoft team. Service Request Forms may be accessed on the MITS website.
