Programme Overview
This programme provides an in-depth, critical study and analysis of political theories, concepts and practices and aims to equip students with the scientific knowledge and skills to better understand and explain leading principles in the world of politics such as power, government and governance. Students will closely examine the changing nature of governments, political behaviours and cultures, political systems, political philosophies, political institutions and political actors. Our students are expected to gather intellectual, critical reading, data collection and analysis as well as oral and written communication skills that are transferrable to most areas of contemporary societies.
