Sexual harassment complaints can be made informally or formally. Informal complaints are noted but do not proceed to any disciplinary action. Formal complaints may proceed to disciplinary action and must be documented in detail. The extended process for formal complaints will be explained to you by the Sexual Harassment Complaints Coordinator or their representative.
