Short Course
This course is a basic foreign language programme for everyday communication. Students will learn how to express themselves with confidence in everyday situations and master functional language skills for real-life situations. The course will also help students to discover, understand and gain a better appreciation for other cultures and diverse traditions. The course focuses on communicative skills emphasizing practical vocabulary and phrases, rather than deep grammar rules, ensuring learners will be able to start conversing as soon as possible. The programme structure provides a solid foundation for beginners but allows enough flexibility to address specific needs and questions from learners. The Lunch Hour Course also incorporates cultural elements, such as proper greetings and etiquette in various contexts, which can be valuable tools for business professionals who may interact with clients or colleagues from different backgrounds.
