Short Course

This offering is designed to expose participants to the principles, concepts and steps involved in planning and executing successful events. Participants will focus on the key ideas, concepts and details required when planning both small and major events. Emphasis is thus placed on the planning of events with research into selecting the right event and site; event themes; task and responsibility checklists; organizational committee structures; budgeting and finance; advertising and promotion; and overall event administration.
