This workshop is designed to introduce the fundamental principles of effective artist management and seeks to equip participants with the skills required to meet the numerous challenges faced by management in the entertainment, cultural and creative industries. The workshop will create an environment for participants to investigate the management skills and attitudes required to handle varied types of artists within these sectors nationally, internationally and globally.
