Academic integrity has gained much attention among educational institutions and more so with the digital transformation now characterizing their learning environments. This long-awaited book is a welcome addition in bringing balance to the academic integrity literature by giving a Caribbean perspective on the topic, as confirmed by the President of the International Center for Academic Integrity (2020-2023). The author, Dr. Ruth Baker-Gardener, has done much justice to the explicit title – Academic Integrity in the Caribbean: Plagiarism Policies, Perception, Prevalence and Possible Solutions – in contributing panoramic insights into academic integrity trends and issues concomitant, primarily, with the Caribbean context.
