Criteria:

1. Available to students who show a veritable financial need
2. Available to students enetering their 2nd year of their tertiary institution of a Bachelors Programme (has to be their first degree)
3. Have to have gpa of 3.0 or higher
4. Be an active member of the community and apart of extra curricular at school
