The aqueous and hexane extracts of Petiveria alliacea were investigated for hypoglycaemic properties in normoglycaemic and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. The findings demonstrated no significant changes in blood glucose levels in response to Petiveria alliacea treatment.
Although the function of autophagy in the sorafenib resistance is still uncertain and more studies are needed to explore the possible resistant mechanism, it offers a new potential strategy for overcoming resistance to sorafenib.
