Wellness Tips

Wellness is achieved by practising good habits and eliminating harmful ones. It requires taking positive control of lifestyle choices you can influence. What good wellness habits have you incorporated in your lifestyle? Take a moment to think about them and to congratulate yourself for being consistent in carrying them out. Recommit to doing them regularly.
(A Message from the UWI Wellness Committee)
