Soyini Ashby-Bennett is a Foreign Language Instructor and co-ordinator of the preliminary level French courses (FREN0101, FREN1000, FREN1010). She teaches French language at all stages of the French programme: from the preliminary level to the third year of the BA. She is a representative of the Francophone University Agency (AUF), and the manager of the Francophone Digital Campus and the Francophone Employability Centre sponsored by the AUF. She is also the local recruiter for the Teaching Assistant Programme in France.
Research Interests
Mrs. Ashby-Bennett’s research interests include foreign language pedagogy, digital tools for foreign language teaching, international online virtual exchanges, cultural geography and the development of intercultural competence.
