Kingston, Jamaica – September 24, 2025: The Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM), is equipping senior executives, business leaders, and decision-makers with the tools and strategies to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
MSBM is poised to stage the inaugural MSBM Strategic Insights Seminar Series, with the first in the series slated to take place on October 23, 2025 at the UWI Regional Headquarters in Kingston, Jamaica.
This staging comes at a pivotal time as Jamaican and Caribbean businesses grapple with global economic shifts, technological disruption, and the increasing demand for adaptive leadership.
The MSBM Strategic Insights Seminar Series will feature expert presentations, interactive discussions, and practical case studies with a dynamic format.
Each session is designed to be deeply practical, offering participants the opportunity to apply new knowledge directly to their business contexts. Attendees will also receive a Certificate of Completion from MSBM, signalling their commitment to professional development and strategic leadership.
The inaugural seminar, ‘Thriving in Change,’ will set the tone for the series by addressing one of the most pressing challenges facing today’s leaders: navigating constant organizational transformation. With generational dynamics shifting—early Gen Xers extending their careers, millennials stepping into leadership, and Gen Zs demanding agility—leaders must be equipped not only to manage change but to influence mindsets across diverse teams. This interactive session will offer practical strategies for cultivating resilience, tailoring communication, and leading by example. Participants will explore how to foster a change-ready culture by first leading themselves, ultimately empowering their teams to embrace change with confidence and clarity.
