The West Indies Players Association (WIPA) and the UWI Mona Campus on August 13th and 16th collaborated to provide two Personal Finance seminars for those WIPA members who are on the rosters of the Limacol Caribbean Premier League (LCPL) franchises.

The University of the West Indies Mona Jamaica, Congratulates Dr. Densil A. Williams, Deputy Executive Director of Mona School of Business & Management, on his promotion to the rank of Professor as well as his appointment as Executive Director of Mona School of Business & Management.

Eight MSBM undergraduate students received special awards at the FSS Awards ceremony held on January 16,2014. These awards were given to students of the 2012/13 academic year who attained the highest GPAfor their option. We extend our congratulations to those awarded and wish them continues success. Five of the awardees were graduates of the WJC open campus.

Four undergraduate students of MSBM are among nine students at The University of the West Indies, Mona who will benefit from $3.5 million dollars in scholarships provided by housing developers Gore Developments Limited for  the 2013/2014 academic year.

Congratulations to MSBM students Thristina Harwood (undergraduate) and Malysha Kelly (MBM) who represented Jamaica as members of the Sunshine Girls in the Fast5 World Netball Series held in Auckland, New Zealand in November 2013.
