Having been employed to the Mona School of Business and Management for over 25 years, I was a  member of the team that developed the Master in Business Administration (MBA) programme.  

I believe in, and enjoy being a part of assisting in human growth and development, so in that vein, I am a Board Member for Meadowbrook High School, an Assessor for the University Council of Jamaica, and a member of the Conference Committee for the Jamaica Employers Federation. Additionally, I have served as the Off-court Training and Development Manager with the Sunshine Girls, the national netball team of Jamaica. I have also facilitated several staff development workshops and team building sessions across the Mona Campus.
