Zellynne  Jennings is Professor Emerita at  the University of the  West Indies, Mona. She holds graduate degrees in Education with specialised study in  Curriculum Development and Educational Philosophy. She has near to  sixty  publications in  acclaimed academic journals and  has written  over 40 evaluation and policy reports  for Caribbean and    International Organisations.
