Dr. Thompson is a Certified Management Consultant and has worked in several ministries of government including Education, Health, Social Development, and National Security.  He also served in the private sector in areas such as Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and Training.  He provides consultancy services is the aforementioned areas as well as in Curriculum Development, Governance, Strategic Planning, and Project Management.
