Dian Bailey is an Administrator at the University of the West Indies. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Higher Educational Management and hold other qualifications in Teaching, Biochemistry and Food Chemistry. Her experience spans a number of areas to include: administration, education, science, student services, publications and information design & management. Her research interests include: student services and development, financing higher education and identity theory in higher education.
