Kayon Morgan earned her PhD from the University of Denver in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Department. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies in International Relations, with minors in Literature and Spanish. She further earned a Master of Divinity, and Master of Ministry from Cincinnati Christian University in Leadership Studies. Kayon is currently a Program Coordinator and Research Assistant as well as Adjunct Faculty for the Colorado Women’s College at the University of Denver. She has served in various administrative, and leadership roles in higher education for the past 20 years.
