Dr. Roger Nesbeth is the Human Resource Officer, In Charge of HR Operations Jamaica and UWI 14 at the Open Campus, The University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona. He is an experienced educator/administrator with over thirty-four years’ service in education and general management, twenty-three of which have been in Higher Education (HE) Administration/HR Administration through his work in the HRMD, Registry, UWI, Mona Campus; the Regional Coordinating Office, Institute for Gender and Development Studies, UWI Regional Headquarters; and the Open Campus, UWI.
