The Environmental Chemistry minor examines the fundamental chemical reactions and processes that take in the natural environment. Four (4) credits of laboratory courses complement the twelve (12) credits of lecture-based instruction. Field work, sample collection and practical exposure to water and wastewater treatment are included in this minor.
