CORE FUNCTIONS:

1. Install and maintain equipment used in the delivery of an Industrial IoT Service
2. Develop application interface for IIoT service
3. Manage the technology platforms supporting IIoT/SCADA service
4. Generate reports on a schedule or as required for the managing performance of the service  Provide Help Desk support to customers

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
(a) Specific knowledge required to start:

•  Sound knowledge of the implementation and administration of ICT systems
• Working knowledge of electronic equipment and electrical technologies

(b) Qualifications and Experience

• A Degree in Computer Information System or its equivalent from an accredited institution
• At least one-year working experience in a related field
• Possession of, or knowledge in the following areas would be an asset:
• Certifications in IT Network/Systems Administration related skills; e.g. CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Linux+, CCNA
• A valid driver’s license

• Working knowledge of computer and network systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, service-oriented, flexible, honest
• Able to plan his/her daily activities and must demonstrate leadership qualities.
