Making Appointments

To make appointments visit  TWC or call  876  935 8233 One-to-one conferences with coaches are 30 minutes each.   When workshops are scheduled you must register (no extra charge) Walk-ins may see a coach but during the semester there might be a long wait. Depending on demand you may not make more than one appointment a day.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel at least one hour in advance ( 876  935 8233  ) The onus is on you to be punctual. If you are 10 minutes late you may lose your slot, or your coaching session will be shortened by 10 minutes depending on how busy  TWC is.

To encourage independent writers and to serve as many as possible not more than three appointments a week are allowed.

Walk-ins are counted as one appointment

Bring a hard or soft copy of your assignment instructions and a hard or a soft copy of what you have written.  Soft copies are only accepted on laptops --- not on cellular telephones.
