Chaplin Williams has interests in Urban Planning, Geospatial Technology, Sense of Place and Landscape Change. Chaplin aspires to make meaningful contribution to community cohesion and development, landscape change sense of place and place attachment.
He has achieved an advanced understanding of Drone Technology and applies that to his work. Having completed his Bachelor in Urban Planning at the University of Technology and a Master of Geospatial Technologies in Portugal,  Spain and Germany, he now uses the knowledge gained from those experiences to tutor young scholars, and to frame both his work at the National Land Agency and his postgraduate studies at the UWI Mona.

He operates by the mantras that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" and " a good name is rather to be chosen than choice silver and gold".
