Overview

Juvelle Taylor is a lecturer with more than ten years of experience in tertiary education, academic leadership and public environmental engagement. Her academic and professional work bridges geography, environmental science, disaster management, climate change, and sustainable development, with a particular emphasis on Caribbean contexts. Her research has examined the integration of climate change considerations into Environmental Impact Assessments within Jamaica’s tourism industry. She is also actively engaged in public scholarship and environmental education through presentations, guest lectures and media commentary.
