Andrea Garbutt MBBS, DM (Paed), is a lecturer in the Department of Child and Adolescent Health, at The University of the West Indies, Mona and a consultant paediatrican and Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrician at the University Hospital of the West Indies. After completing her undergraduate and postgraduate paediatric training at the UWI, Mona she went on to follow her passion, completing a clinical fellowship in Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital/ University of Toronto, Canada. She currently serves as the Deputy Dean of Student Success in the Faculty of Medical Science, The UWI, Mona. Her research interests include developmental disorders, prematurity  and well-child care.
