An otherwise healthy 76-year-old female patient presented to the emergency department with acute fatigue, weakness and jaundice. She stated ingestion of roughly 1 kg of boiled fava beans 2 days prior.
A 64-year-old male was referred to the haematology outpatient clinic with multiple irregular plaques with central necrosis ranging from 0.5 to 5 cm on the medial surface of both legs.
