An otherwise healthy 76 years old female patient presented to emergency department with acute fatigue, weakness and jaundice. She stated ingestion of roughly 1 kilograms of boiled fava beans 2 days prior.

A 64-year-old male was admitted to the hematology outpatient clinic with multiple irregular plaques with central necrosis ranging from 0.5 to 5 centimeters on medial surface of both legs.
