Sir,

Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a connective tissue disease that autoimmunity, vasculopathy, and fibrosis may play crucial handsome roles in the SSc aetiopathogenesis. Raynaud’s phenomenon (RP) is the major vascular involvement in SSc. Raynaud’s phenomenon is a vasospastic changes of the vascular system.
