The Effect of Unripe Carica Papaya Seeds Extract on Serum Profiles of Some Liver Functional Enzymes in Wistar Rat

Synopsis: 
Healthy rats were separately administered different doses of aqueous carica papaya seeds extract to evaluate possible alterations in serum liver enzymes levels. Observed fall in serum aminotransferase enzymes level was clearly indicative of possible hepatoprotective properties of carica papaya seed.
