Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Published Literatures: How Much do We Know about Reliable Prevalence of Leptospirosis in Iran?

Synopsis: 
This is a first comprehensive study about the prevalence of leptospirosis in Iran. Although the highest prevalence of leptospirosis was observed in Mazandaran province, interestingly, the lowest prevalence was observed in the neighboring province, Gilan.
