The Effect of Kinesio Taping on Pain and Jump Performance in Club Volleyball Players with Patellar Tendinopathy in the Cayman Islands

Kinesio taping has gained widespread popularity in clinical, rehabilitation, orthopaedic settings. It has been used as a treatment and performance enhancement tool. The effectiveness of Kinesio-taping in relieving pain experienced in patellar tendinopathy in volleyball players is evaluated and discussed.


Objective: To examine the effect of kinesio tape on knee pain and jump performance in club volleyball players with patellar tendinopathy in the Cayman Islands.
