Effect of Microencapsulated Hepatocytes Transplantation on Copper Metabolism of Rat Model with Hepatolenticular Degeneration

Synopsis: 
The study evaluated the effect of microencapsulated hepatocytes after intraperitoneal transplantation of heptolenticular degeneration (HLD) of serum copper and copper metabolism in the liver. This indicates that in microencapsulated hepatocytes intraperitoneal transplantation can significantly reduce the liver copper deposition of HLD rats.
