100% Clean was a forum in which Presenters made the case for 100% renewable energy for Jamaica and Prof. Wint, Chairman of the Government’s Generation Procurement Entity, agreed that there should be a peak in fossil fuel emissions by 2020 and renewable energy should eventually replace all fossil fuel.
