The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) in the Faculty of Science and Technology extends heartfelt congratulations to Jordan Garvey, one of our own FST graduates and a proud BOOST Fellow, on his remarkable achievements in education.
Jordan teaches at Ferncourt High School in St. Ann, where his passion for science and dedication to his students have earned him repeated recognition. He is a three-time recipient of the Principal’s Merit Award for his outstanding teaching in CAPE Chemistry (2022, 2023, 2024) and Integrated Science (2024). Under his guidance, Ferncourt students achieved a 100% pass rate in CAPE Chemistry in both 2022 and 2023 — a clear reflection of his commitment to excellence in the classroom.
