Kudos to the staff and students of Physics and Chemistry who in separate Pre-Labour Day projects held on May 17 helped to give the Faculty a much needed facelift. While the Chemistry colleagues were busy painting their car park, their Physics counterparts were creating a walk way and doing light gardening in the Physics quadrangle. The camaraderie was high amongst all categories of staff and students as they laboured hard to get the work done. Thanks also to those staff members who ensured that their colleagues were well fed and refreshed as they laboured. Much appreciation also goes to members of the PPCR PMU and visiting lecturers who helped in the effort. Well done everyone.
