Awarded with the Prime Minister's Youth Award for innovation in science and technology, Dr. Phylicia Ricketts joins a host of youth who were recognized for their achievements last Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the esteemed Prime Minister's Youth Awards ceremony. Dr. Ricketts recently completed her PhD in Applied Physics at the University of the West Indies.
