FST Publishes Commemorative Magazine for UWI’s 75th Anniversary

 
The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at The University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona, proudly published a commemorative magazine to celebrate The UWI’s 75th anniversary observed between January and December 2023. Circulated during Semester 2, 2024/2025, the magazine served as a special tribute to the University’s milestone while highlighting the Faculty’s own journey and accomplishments.
 
The magazine briefly traces the history of FST, showcasing its growth, achievements, and contributions to education and research over the year. It also features key activities organized by the Faculty to mark the 75th anniversary, celebrating the hard work, innovation, and community engagement of staff and students alike.
 
Through this publication, FST reflects on its legacy of academic excellence and commitment to fostering talent, while commemorating its role in supporting The UWI’s broader mission of advancing knowledge and development in the Caribbean.
