The Faculty extends congratulation to Prof. Gunjan Mansingh (Department of Computing), who was appointed as a Member, Digital Transformation Advisory Council (D-TAC), Office of Prime Minister, Government of Jamaica, with effect from July 31, 2023. The council's primary responsibility is to advise the portfolio minister on the government's Digital Transformation agenda, encompassing policies, programs, initiatives, legislative frameworks, and communication strategies. Their goal is to optimize the success of national Digital Transformation activities, ensuring efficient and effective services that meet citizens' needs and expectations.
